Critic Reviews

Digitech RP-200 | Vintage Guitar® magazine

vintageguitar.com

The DigiTech RP200 is a budget-friendly multi-effects processor that delivers great sound with impressive flexibility. It features a wide array of amp simulators and effects, making it an excellent choice for those looking to go ampless. The sturdy steel housing and user-friendly programming are definite pluses, as is the included expression pedal for on-the-fly adjustments. However, its drum machine patterns are lackluster, and input jack placement could be better. Despite minor drawbacks, the RP200's performance and value make it a standout option for musicians seeking versatility without breaking the bank.

Sounds Galore

I was able to make a ton of different presets whether it be tributes to my favorite artists, or a mix of my own. Best preset pedal with an expression pedal as a bonus!

Cool for the begginer, in the early 2000s

This was an entry level multieffects, good to start with something. With the time, I learnt to go analogue rather than digital.

joerocket

Electric magnificent.

There's a drum machine and tons of effects to try out on this thing.
