Description

Discover the Epiphone PRO-1 Acoustic, a guitar crafted for both ease of play and rich, resonant sound. Perfect for beginners and seasoned players alike, this dreadnought-style guitar boasts a shorter scale length that lessens string tension, making chords and fretting a breeze. The PRO-1’s EZ-Profile neck is designed to fit comfortably in your hand, reducing fatigue and allowing you to play longer without strain.

Epiphone has combined a select spruce top with mahogany back and sides to deliver a balanced tone that projects beautifully, whether you're strumming on stage or practicing at home. The innovative Custom PRO-Prietary bracing ensures the guitar remains stable while producing a full-bodied sound typical of larger dreadnoughts. With JumboPRO frets, you get an ample surface area to press down on, making finger placement effortless and allowing for smooth, expressive playing.

Premium appointments like the Graph Tech NuBone nut and saddle enhance the instrument's resonance and sustain, while Ultra-Light phosphor bronze strings minimize hand strain. The guitar's sleek gloss finish and rosewood fingerboard add both aesthetic and functional appeal. Whether you're a budding musician or a seasoned player looking for a reliable acoustic, the Epiphone PRO-1 Acoustic is an inviting choice.

Epiphone Pro 1 Acoustic Guitar Review - Beginner Guitar HQ

beginnerguitarhq.com

The Epiphone PRO-1 Acoustic is a standout beginner guitar, praised for its comfort, playability, and affordability. With a slim neck profile, low action fingerboard, and top-notch tuning stability, it's designed to make learning enjoyable. Its sound, while typical for an entry-level guitar, is vibrant and suitable for practice. However, it may not age well compared to solid top models. The PRO-1 is perfect for beginners and children, offering a rewarding learning experience. While the sound isn't exceptional, the guitar's overall value and ease of play make it a compelling choice for newcomers.

My first guitar!

I love this guitar! This is my first guitar and it is just perfect for me! This instrument has inspired me to love something I never thought I would be able to do! One of my favorite things about this guitar is the action! It is just so easy to play! I have yet to experience any problems with this guitar at all! The size of the guitar is also not too big compared to other guitar bodies I've seen but it's still a full sized dreadnought! I would recommend it to any beginner of any age as well any guitarist looking for a good quality budget guitar! I bought mine at my local guitar center for $129 and in my opinion you get so much more than what you pay for! I have hardly put it down since I got it and I don't intend to any time soon! ;)
