Housed in a sleek 125B enclosure, the Lupine offers not just one, but two distinct fuzz circuits: the Purple Lupine and the Cream Lupine. Each side of this pedal offers a unique tonal experience that can be used independently or combined for a rich tapestry of fuzz.
The Purple Lupine is an evolution of classic octave fuzzes, delivering a dynamic range from subtle octave enhancements to a piercing, electrifying octave-up effect. Thanks to the Blend and Level controls, you can seamlessly integrate this effect with your clean signal, while the Gain control lets you fine-tune the intensity of the octave sound to suit your style.
On the other hand, the Cream Lupine presents a fresh JFET-based fuzz circuit. With its Input, Bias, and Output controls, this side offers everything from gentle overdrives to intense, heavy fuzz. The Bias control is particularly noteworthy, allowing you to sculpt your fuzz texture from sputtery and gated to smooth and distortion-rich tones.
Flexibility is at the heart of the Lupine Dual Fuzz. With dual inputs and outputs, you can position each fuzz effect strategically within your signal chain. Whether you want the octave on its own or paired with the heavy fuzz, the Lupine adapts to your creative vision.
