If you want a cool modern take on the Rangemaster this may be for you

Hand wired and built by Hello Sailor effects - look them up on Reverb. Uses germanium transistor but cleverly a transformer is added in the circuit so you can put it anywhere in your board. It also has three filter options, mid boost, standard and full range - worked very well into my Bugera a dark amp - opened it up nicely.
