Description
Experience the authentic and captivating sound of the Korg MS-20 Mini, a faithful reproduction of the classic 1978 MS-20 synthesizer in a compact form that's 86% of the original size. Perfectly crafted by the same engineers who developed the original MS-20, the Mini's circuitry stays true to its roots, promising an absolutely authentic analog synth sound.
The Korg MS-20 Mini is not just a smaller version, it's a modern adaptation that boasts the same analog oscillators, first-generation filters, and a VCA that's been tweaked to reduce noise. It's a two oscillator synth with two VCAs, sample and hold, a noise generator, and many other tweakable components that distinguished the original MS-20, delivering gripping lead tones, fat and juicy basses, and warm strings and pads. Here's a synth that every fan of analog synthesis needs to check out.
On top of that, the MS-20 Mini comes with modern additions including MIDI in and USB connectivity. Connect it to your computer, integrate it with your live keyboard rig or studio DAW, and explore a wider note range and greater possibilities.

Quirky Little Thing
The MS-20 Mini is an odd little synth. It excels at making unusual sounds and squelchy resonant sounds. I don't give it five stars because it's a little hard to talk good sounds out of it, but it's definitely worth the effort to get what it does best out of it.

Great Unit
If I could give it a 4.5/5 I would. The possibilities with this thing are endless and it has a very comparable, if not better, sound than the original vintage unit according to some. My only real complaint is I think this thing is lacking when it comes to doing bass lines.

Save money & kick ass monophonicly
KORG MS-20 Mini is simply a bad-ass monophonic synth along with other monophonic synths such as Arturia Minibrute, Bass Station II, MOOG Sub Phatty, and the Dave Smith Mopho. But the difference is that the MS-20 is a Semi-Modular Analog Monophonic synthesizer giving you a wide range of sounds and options. I use it for SFX and Bass. But it's also great for leads.

Great small scale reissue of the original.
Thankfully analog synths are widely used these days and are still in production. Now I can hand this down to my kids and the it will be even more vintage to them!

Summed&Dot
The sound of the inimitable MS-20 is now available to all with the new MS-20 Mini. The same engineers who developed the original MS-20 have perfectly reproduced its circuitry and fit it into a body...
yes but for my opinion the origanl is better
