M-Audio AV32 Review

noaudiophile.com

The M-Audio AV32 speakers offer decent sound for their price, outperforming more complex systems like the Logitech 2.1 and Mackie CR3 in simplicity and imaging. However, they're limited in volume and plagued by issues such as hot treble and bass boom, with a lack of proper crossover and phase misalignment affecting sound quality. While DSP can enhance their performance, the speakers don't reach the level of competitors like the Micca PB42x. Overall, they are a solid budget option but not the best in their class.

M-Audio AV42 & AV32 Speakers Review - Digital DJ Tips

digitaldjtips.com

The M-Audio AV32 speakers offer a slight improvement over standard computer speakers, but they fall short of delivering professional-grade sound. With a lightweight build and basic design, they provide decent bass and clarity for personal, near-field listening. However, they lack the power and quality needed for music production or larger spaces. If budget and space constraints are significant, the AV32s may suffice, but the AV42s offer a more robust sound for only a bit more investment. Overall, these are a modest step up from entry-level computer speakers, best suited for casual DJ practice or personal listening.

It's good but it's a Little Small

I Love it, don't get me wrong, but it's a bit small for me.

Of Course that is a Blessing in disguise because if your mix sounds good on these speakers, then they will kill it on Bigger, Badder Speakers.

Small Size bt powerful.

Not very accurate with the lows but still good though. Have this in my home studio setup.

scoot_86

I know it is a very expensive monitor but it does get the job done very well!

I would definitely recommend these monitors to any starter dj group because they are very good quality and they fit any budget.
