Description
The GOUCHÈ strings series has been developed in collaboration with our top-artist Andrew Gouchè, the legendary godfather of gospel bass players and Grammy Award winning producer. With his distinctive bass sound and over 30 years of experience, Andrew has made an indelible mark on the history of Gospel and R&B music, inspiring today’s generation of bassists. These strings series are made of selected high quality stainless steel wire wrapped over a hex high carbon content core with a special semi-exposed section at the bridge, so string rides low and tight in saddle, allowing for a very comfortable low-action and offering extra brilliance, super sustain and definition on the low strings.
