Great for DJing, macros, and shortcuts.
This device is awesome for people who need concrete buttons. As a jazz and R&B producer and performer, this has limited use as a midi musical device for performing, especially since it lacks velocity. This is great for making shortcuts and macros to help with music production and mixing, though.

Why doesn't DJTT still make this?
literally.... why not??? it's the best controller I've ever bought. I use it for DJ sets to trigger FX and in my live shows to trigger visuals sometimes. It was fully custom and is still going strong to this day!!! The 64 is basically 4 of these put together... so why not take some apart and make more spectras?!?! >.>

I thought finger drumming was just something me and my son did sometimes, I had no idea there was gear to take advantage of it.... although this looks like something I could build myself....
