Description
Experience the magic of simultaneous, noise-free playing with two amps using the Radial Bones Twin City. The Twin City is an active ABY switcher and buffer that allows you to connect and drive two amps at once without any loss of gain and without compromising your natural guitar tone.
The Twin City employs Radial's highly acclaimed buffering technology and Drag Control load correction circuitry, identical to the award-winning Radial JD7 Injector. The Drag Control, a 'set and forget' feature, compensates for cable signal loss and introduces the optimal amount of loading to reproduce the unique interaction between your guitar and amp.
To eliminate hum and buzz from ground loops, the Twin City is equipped with an isolation transformer on output B. This is supplemented with a ground lift switch and a 180-degree polarity reverse switch, ensuring both amplifiers play in phase while minimizing noise, even when using older vintage amps.
Constructed from heavy 14-gauge steel, the Twin City is built to withstand the rigors of a busy stage. It employs Radial's EIS—Electronic Impulse Switching—for unmatched performance without the challenges posed by mechanical switches. Bright, easy-to-see LEDs provide on-stage switching cues, so you always know exactly where you are.
Key Features:
- Buffered ABY with Drag load correction
- Isolated output eliminates hum and buzz
- 180-degree polarity sets both amps in phase
- Compact design for easy fitting on any pedalboard
- Toggle and Both footswitches
- Standard 'Boss style' 9V power operation (power supply not included)
