Stunning shotgun mic
The 8060 is my go to shotgun mic and sounds good exterior and noisy interiors. Super sensitive so doesn't need too much gain and very low noise floor. It just has that film sound.
Compared to the MKH60 it's probably slightly less directional, and in a loud environment I might still go with the MKH60. But the 8060 interference tube is better at dealing with indoor reflections.
