Description
Unleash your inner sonic explorer with the Squier Paranormal Cyclone, a bold fusion of Fender's most iconic designs. This electric guitar defies conventions, blending the compact body of a Mustang with the tonal versatility of a Stratocaster and the intuitive switching system of a Jaguar. The result? An instrument that offers both familiarity and fresh creative potential.
Crafted from lightweight poplar, the Cyclone promises comfort and playability for marathon jam sessions or high-energy gigs. Its slim “C” shaped maple neck and Indian laurel fingerboard provide smooth, fast action, making it perfect for both shredders and rhythm players alike. The Cyclone is equipped with three Fender-designed alnico single-coil pickups, delivering a diverse palette of sounds from warm, bell-like tones to bright, articulate leads. With Jaguar-style switches, you have the freedom to toggle each pickup on or off, crafting your sound precisely as you envision.
The Cyclone’s vintage-style machine heads and 6-saddle synchronized tremolo bridge ensure stable tuning and expressive vibrato, while its synthetic bone nut and pearloid dot inlays add a touch of class to its punky aesthetic. Whether you're diving into experimental genres or sticking to classic rock, the Squier Paranormal Cyclone stands ready to be your creative catalyst.

Whoa
A Squier cyclone II but in PINK!!?!?!? Needless to say, as soon as it was leaked I had to have it. It is even better than I expected. I actually like this neck better than the Fender version. The stock pickups are a bit iffy, but tend to work really well with a lot of distortion which is generally how I make my noise. I'd thought about swapping them with Jaguar pickups, to really make it a cyclone II but I think I'll just keep the stock ones. The guitar feels really nice and I haven't been able to put it down since I got it. Probably the best non Vista Squier i've ever had the fortune of playing.
The only complaints was no competition stripes (which I added) and the lack of the Cyclone dude logo on the headstock. But otherwise Squier absolutely knocked it out of the ball park.
