Studiologic Sledge 2.0 / BLACK - a panther to be tamed - GreatSynthesizers

greatsynthesizers.com

The Studiologic Sledge Black Edition impresses with its robust sound engine and user-friendly design, making it a great choice for musicians seeking a versatile and intuitive synthesizer. Its semi-weighted keys and solid controls enhance playability, while its vivid oscillator and filter options expand creative possibilities. However, the plastic build and the digital nature of the synth might not appeal to purists who prefer the warmth of true analog filters. Occasional audio signal peaks and limited high-frequency modulation capabilities are notable drawbacks. Overall, the Sledge offers excellent value with its comprehensive features and accessible interface.

StudioLogic Sledge Black Edition - Mixdown Magazine

mixdownmag.com.au

The Studiologic Sledge Black Edition brings more than just a color change to the table. With a semi-weighted key action and a louder, noise-free output, this synth offers a tactile and auditory upgrade from its predecessor. The German-engineered sound engine by Waldorf ensures a powerful, dynamic range of presets to explore. While it might leave fans of the original yellow Sledge pondering their color choice, the Black Edition's improved playability and sleek design make it a compelling option for synth enthusiasts.

I use this amazing analog synth for creating new sounds or improve my live performance. It is so easy to use thanks to all the grips. I suggest this synth to all the nerd keyboardist who wants to go outside the comfort zone and start to create new stuff
