less money then a 57?!

shockingly good Chinese condenser... one of the better ones really. Very Neumannish. One of the few cheapies I can stand on vocals and an excellent room mic thanks to the multiple patterns. If you're all out of 414s or never had any to begin with this is a good choice for a lot of those jobs the AKG would do well. Its hard to believe you can get a couple multipattern mics like this for about the cost of a night on the town.... less if you're a heavy drinker! These are so cheap I literally went to a store and bought just to solve a problem in my buddy's studio... yup. They're like that. I figured if I hated them I would return them but I didn't hate them.

Good Quality for the price

Behringer equipment can be a bit all over the place in quality. The C3 is one of the nice surprises.
