Critic Reviews

Review: Behringer HPX2000 DJ Headphones

drumsilent.com

The Behringer HPX2000 headphones are budget-friendly but disappoint in sound quality and build. They offer a thin, mid-heavy sound with minimal sub-bass, making them unsuitable for bass-rich genres. Noise isolation is poor, with noticeable external sounds during use, especially with electronic drums. Comfort is average at best, with hard ear pads and a headband that may cause discomfort over time. The headphones are lightweight but feel cheaply made, with a toy-like plastic construction. While they fold for easy transport and have a long cable, the overall experience is underwhelming, even at the low price point. Unless you need a very basic pair for DJing, there are better options in the same price range.

Review: Behringer HPX2000 headphones offer excellent quality for under $20 - Nelson County Gazette

nelsoncountygazette.com

The Behringer HPX2000 headphones deliver impressive sound quality for a budget-friendly price below $20. Praised for their ability to fold into a compact size, they offer a comfortable fit and solid bass and treble reproduction. While they aren't noise-canceling, they isolate sound well enough for various applications, from gaming to music listening. Lacking Bluetooth and a microphone might limit their versatility, but their wired design suits traditional needs. They outperform similarly priced models, making them a standout choice for anyone seeking reliable, affordable headphones. Overall, they are hailed as the best in the low-priced market, providing excellent value without breaking the bank.

Headphones

They came with the little 302usb mixer I needed for a glorified headphone amp. I wouldn't use them as reference headphones but i'll put them on once in a while to hear a difference in sound for comparison.

Great sounding headphones given the price. They beat any skullcandy I've used. I would buy again.
