    Source

Mods and upgrades

  • A known issue with the Joyo Ultimate Drive involves a diode installed in the wrong direction, which, when corrected, significantly improves the pedal's performance to better mimic an OCD.

Great pedal for very low price

I bought it used for a very low price. It sounds amazing, from light overdrive to fat distortion. I don't know how accurately it conveys the sound of the original OCD, but i love it anyway. I use it as the main overdrive pedal in all my songs, sometimes changing the settings

Preferred Settings + Usage:

level to the middle, gain to the maximum, tone on 15-16 hours, switch in the HI position
