Colortones Preacher 58 pedal is designed to route your stage vocals through your favourite Guitar Pedals ….or your band mates left over pedals.

Specifically designed for low impedance stage Microphones like the Shure SM58, the Preacher 58 is a Mic In - Mic Out device with a ‘instrument level’ Effects Send and Return loop.

Digital FX Vocal units exist, however depending on the unit you’re limited to their own generic FX 'library' of reverbs and delays. Open up your possibilities for vocal enhancement with the Preacher 58 and more idiosyncratic guitar pedals.

You just got booked in a small pub with with a bare bones FOH PA. The stage tek will most likely set you up and maybe ride levels for you but has no idea what is required for each song throughout your set. Colortone is there to help with Preacher to help you take control.

CONTROLS

GAIN ADJUST the Preamp Gain to be sent to the Effects Loop. Around 9pm is a good setting for the SM58. BYPASS True Bypass Soft Touch Footswitch to completely bypass all electronics and FX.

Best Results with a good Isolated Power Supply.

Can be used with a desk providing Phantom Power however a more noticeable click may be heard when activating bypass. Will not pass phantom power thru to the microphone. POWER SUPPLY NOT INCLUDED
