My first guitar <3
Started life as a squier "starcaster." I replaced just about everything except for the hardware, including a seymour duncan Jb in the bridge, a maple neck (50's profile), and schaller locking keys. Set up in e flat with ernie ball power slinkys.

"I play Stratocasters mainly live, it's a Fat Strat Deluxe with the hum bucker pickup," says Ian D'Sa, in this interview.
"A 'Fat Strat' made in the USA and a guitar to keep forever, as they dont make this model anymore and it a really dynamic 'beast'.
I use it for recording and rehersals a lot, as it is a great workhorse instrument."
The guitar can be seen from 1:13 to 2:50, but Alan talks about it starting at 1:33. "It hasn't been my number one for a very long time, but I've owned the guitar for a very long time. This was, like, the first nicer guitar I ever got. My parents got it for me when I was like 12 years old. And, it's an American Fat Strat, the Texas Special, so it's got the humbucker in the bridge [...] All the pickups are stock."
In this photo, Brian McCorkle can be seen using a Fender Deluxe Fat Strat. This is confirmed by a former roommate of Brian, who gave the guitar to him. https://imgur.com/a/PRFyKZe
