At 19:48, in this video rig rundown, Adam Day, Neal Schon's guitar technician, mentions his Gibson Echoplex amplifier. Adam says that Neal Schon "basically uses that as a looper. He'll play over it as a sound on sound kind of thing."
In a photo posted on Myspace, Nick McCabe is seen using the Gibson Echoplex, captured during a soundcheck.
Ian's Echoplex can be seen at 0:25 in this video of them preforming The Yabba. He is a well known user of the Echoplex, and has been using it since Don Caballero.
