Love the tone! Neck plays smoothly! Perfect for female players who want a les paul without the weight
Before I got this guitar I was playing a hollow body Epiphone casino and I was getting fed up with the size and the tremendous amount of effort I had to apply when trying to solo up and down the neck. Then I tried out the less plus and it was a perfect match for me. It fit my body perfectly for someone who always falls in the "petite" category. From the front it looks like a regular les paul until you view it from the side and see that it is a little more than half the thickness of a regular les paul. The thinner body makes it lightweight (anywhere between 5 and 7 pounds) which means no more shoulder cramps at the end of a three hour gig and it also fits closer to the body which I love. The wider neck will take some getting used to but it is beneficial because it gives you more room for bending. The fretboard plays very smoothly and the tone is bright and beautiful.

as a petite string bean of a middle-aged guy I get what you are saying! I find myself playing my SG and 70s doublecut carve top a lot because they are both slimmer and lighter than most other gibsons. A fraction of an inch of mahogany makes a world of difference when you are slender, doesn't it? Love my 335 and regular LP, but man, they are not 'play all day' guitars!

"I've got what looks from the plan view to use a design term as if it were a normal, very beautiful Les Paul but turn it sideways and I think some of you might have already seen...it's very very thin" - Rob at 2:20 of this #product-demo.
