Description
Introducing the Laney Lionheart L5T-112, a guitar combo amplifier that is as reliable as it is powerful. Ideal for studio settings or intimate live performances, this amp delivers a warm, rich, all-tube tone that has been the secret weapon of artists like Jeff Beck, Joe Walsh, and Eric Clapton. It's all about achieving that unique low-wattage sound, where the natural tonal breakup serves as a sweet distortion, and the lower volumes truly bring out a warmth that larger amps can't mirror.
At the heart of the L5T-112 are three 12AX7 preamp tubes and a single EL84 output tube. This combination, favored by many, lays a warm tonal foundation that the EL84 tube carries forward, adding its own distinctive color. The result is a full-bodied sound, further amplified by a 12" Celestion Heritage G12H speaker. The amp also features high- and low-impedance 1/4" input jacks to provide a range of tonal options.
This amp isn't just about great sound though, it is also a breeze to use. With passive bass, middle, and treble EQ controls; clean volume, drive, drive volume, reverb, and tone controls, you can shape your sound the way you want. The L5T-112 also has a bright switch for your clean channel and a drive switch for the drive channel, letting you seamlessly switch settings with the included FS2 footswitch.

Great low wattage amplifier
Great quality build, does cleans and light gain very well. Unlike most other Laney amps, the amp overdrive is not high gain at all.
The amp has great harmonic qualities.
