RVT (reverb-vibe-trem) Review: Other such combination pedals may offer other types of reverb, or... | Mojo Hand FX | Guitar Effects | Reviews @ Ultimate-Guitar.Com

ultimate-guitar.com

Mojo Hand FX's RVT combines reverb, tremolo, and vibrato in a compact unit that captures vintage tones beautifully. Users will appreciate its authentic sound reminiscent of 1960s amplifiers, delivering warm and organic effects without overwhelming the mix. The pedal shines in its ease of use and stellar sound quality, but it does have its quirks; the reverb can be faint at lower settings, demanding adjustments elsewhere in your setup for darker tones. Additionally, while the modulation options are subtle and effective, they might not satisfy those seeking more extreme effects. Overall, the RVT is a solid investment for anyone chasing that classic vibe at an accessible price point.

Mojo Hand FX puts a fistful of reverb, vibrato and tremolo into the RVT pedal | MusicRadar

musicradar.com

Mojo Hand FX's RVT pedal packs a powerful punch with its trifecta of vintage-inspired effects: reverb, vibrato, and tremolo. Compact and user-friendly, it's a versatile addition for any pedalboard, particularly appealing for surf rock and '60s psych enthusiasts. The unique feature of using the WingMan knob for foot adjustments adds functionality for live performances. However, it does require a 9V DC power supply, which might deter some battery users. While the price of $149 is reasonable for the features offered, players might find themselves wishing for more nuanced control options. Overall, the RVT is a solid investment for those seeking to enrich their sound palette without cluttering their setup.
