This pedal is a nod to the past, channeling the essence of the 1970s with a meticulous reproduction of its lesser-known sibling, the Phase 90. Inside, you'll find a hand-wired PCB featuring hand-matched FETs, ensuring that each unit delivers the same warm, analog phase shifter experience that made the original a sought-after piece of gear. This two-stage phaser is the epitome of vintage cool, with a sound that complements everything from classic rock to modern experimental music. Its single speed control keeps things simple, so you can focus on your playing rather than wrestling with settings.

Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into your setup, and its rugged construction means it's built to withstand the rigors of the road. MXR '75 Vintage Phase 45 Pedal Review - Premier Guitar

premierguitar.com

The MXR Custom Shop CSP105 Vintage '75 Phase 45 is a charming nod to vintage phasers. Revered for its warm, subtle modulation, it stands apart from the heavier phase effects of its siblings like the Phase 90. With a single speed knob, simplicity is key, though purists might miss an LED indicator. Its analog warmth is a delight for those wanting understated swirls rather than in-your-face effects. The pedal's lack of an AC jack might deter some, but the handwired authenticity is a plus for vintage enthusiasts. Ideal for those seeking lush, organic tones without overwhelming their sound palette.

A

fantastic sounding phaser

Great vintage sounding phaser, it preserves the guitar's tone and it's subtle and quiet. I got it first for sparse use, but now it has won me over and I find myself using it more often and I might consider a dc input mod soon.
