Kanso is a collaboration between Josh Smith and Poly Effects. With a simple and expressive method of control... One giant Fknob.

The Fknob is a foot switch, LEDs and a knob in one mechanism to allow clear feedback and intuitive, indestructible control.

Tap the fknob to toggle bypass / enable. Double tap to switch between controlling bias and character. Hold the fknob down to switch between diodes. Each diode is a preset, and it’ll remember where you set the bias and character to. To save, just got to another diode. All parameters can be controlled from MIDI.

Kanso can go from clean to dirty. Push it very hard and it’ll get spitty and fuzzy with some of the diodes.

FEATURES: One Fknob Control: Combines footswitch, LEDs, and knob for seamless operation. Multiple Circuits: Switch between four different diode-based circuits with unique tonal characters. Simple Workflow: Tap to bypass/enable, double-tap to adjust bias/character, hold to change diodes. Memory Function: Each diode remembers your bias and character settings automatically. MIDI Controllable: All parameters can be controlled externally via MIDI.
