Don't be confused with over complicated Reverbs
I chose the Boing over a local boutique reverb, because it was clear in the high-frequencies and the sound just popped and brought a quality I can imagine Fender amp lovers...well love. I do recall a bit of volume loss but I run it after my Belle Epoch and the BE brought back the volume.
Artist usage
Add artist
In a video by That Pedal Show, Joey Landreth discusses using the J Rockett Audio Designs Boing reverb pedal.
The Boing pedal is used preferably with his Tweed Deluxe amplifier, because he gets that spring reverb sound he doesn't get with Tweed Deluxe because he doesn't have that included on his amplifier. For cover of Allman Brothers' "Whipping Post", Greenberg used this exact pedal and a Tweed Deluxe.
