Source Audio Kingmaker Fuzz Effect Pedal - Effects - Harmony Central

harmonycentral.com

The Source Audio Kingmaker Fuzz is a digital triumph, delivering three well-crafted fuzz tones that emulate classic analog sounds with unexpected precision. Its standout features include a robust EQ section, true-stereo inputs and outputs, and compatibility with the versatile Neuro App, offering 40 additional effects. The pedal's Heavy, Normal, and Octave settings each capture the essence of iconic fuzz types, with remarkable consistency and polish. However, the small toggle switch for changing fuzz types may hinder seamless transitions during performances. Despite this minor setback, the Kingmaker Fuzz impressively combines vintage character with modern reliability, making it a versatile choice for fuzz enthusiasts.

Sounds great for a digital drive!

I am overall quite impressed with this pedal, but it really takes a lot of time and effort to fully utilize. A deep dive into the app allows you to tweak any parameters, but I feel like I'm not able to appreciate the full offerings without also adding midi. I currently use this pedal to provide 3 unique fuzz tones (octave, gated, and muff-style).
