Description
Drawing inspiration from the era-defining 1967-1968 Italian-built Clyde McCoy Wahs, the Xotic Effects Wah XW-1 pedal doesn't restrict your sonic palette to just a handful of sounds. Instead, it opens the door to an unlimited range of tonal possibilities, granting you full control to shape and contour your sound exactly as you envision it. The XW-1 is not just a wah pedal, it's a tool for musical expression, offering adjustability and flexibility that makes it one of the most versatile wah pedals in today's market.
The XW-1 boasts some innovative and unique features that set it apart from the crowd. The Bias Control allows for warmer tones with slightly more output and more pronounced bass frequencies, introducing a more transparent tone and smoother operation that is characteristic of vintage wah pedals. The Wah Q Control adjusts the width of the filter peak, allowing for precise filter shaping to achieve vocal-like effects. The two-band EQ with +/-15 dB center-detent potentiometers optimizes the voicing for different playing styles and gear.

The End to the Wah Dilemma
Truly took the Top of the list to the Wah that I have always wanted and Heard in my Head. Smooth, Honky, Versatile, Built with Professional Craftsmanship and True Old School Sounding. Real late-60's Tone here.

Wah of the future
Wah wah wah... Bought it at Ochanomizu, Tokyo, Japan. It's smaller than the usual wah pedal... fit into my small pedal board case. However, since I'm using send & return for effect for MESA. Now having trouble locating it in my signal path chain. HELP. (trying to be minimalist)

Great sounding wah with a manageable footprint
Great sounding wah which is customisable via dials on the side. It also has a smaller footprint than Crybabys but still feels solid when stomped on.
