Extended bass -- good for short sessions
Fantastic clarity on the top end. These also have a somewhat hyped bass response. That makes them a good match for inexperienced studio visitors who don't bring a pair of their own. Not such a great fit for doing longer sessions or reliable, quality mixes. Very comfortable, and the inclusion of several kinds of cable means they make great travel companions. I find on airplanes they do a decent job of cutting down on cabin and engine noise. These were a gift from my wife because they match my studio decor. Yup, she's a keeper, and so are these.
