Critic Reviews

Blue Microphones Blueberry | RecordingHacks.com

recordinghacks.com

The Blue Blueberry microphone dazzles with its commanding vocal presence, delivering shimmering highs and smooth midrange, perfect for those seeking a natural, un-hyped sound. Its minimized proximity effect ensures clear vocals without the unnecessary bass bump. While it's not suited for those desiring a boosted bass presence, its uncolored off-axis response excels across various vocal types. Though it faced an intellectual property dispute, the Blueberry stands as a testament to Blue's commitment to quality, winning accolades like Electronic Musician’s 2000 Editors’ Choice Award. A solid choice for vocalists aiming for clarity and intimacy.

This microphone is a masterpiece!

Hands down the best mic I have ever used for my vocals. silky and smooth top end with a nice bass roll off. sits really well in the mix but also stands out. I've prob went through 7 different mics and i finally found the one that best suits me. I would definitely suggest giving one of these blueberry's a try before purchasing anything else. This product is an absolute gem. i couldn't be more happy, if i had to buy a second microphone it would be another blueberry because my studio peeps love this mic just as much as myself.

The best microphone for vocals

This one works 95% of the time! I love it. This beats any microphone under 1000 dollars that i have ever tried, when it comes to vocals.
