While the sound is unparalleled, with detailed and dynamic preamps, the physical build quality disappoints slightly, particularly the microdock casing. The interface is slightly more demanding on CPUs, making it tricky to achieve the lowest latencies without system tweaks. Despite these minor setbacks, the E-MU 1616M PCIe stands out as a remarkable piece of gear for its price.

Should be better to have rme babyface.

Have an old drivers just for w8.1, but worked with innterupts in w10 in some rare cases, have no midi-maping Routing fine, have great fxs with 0latencly and alot of presets, also have sampling hardware\software synth and great preamps
