Description

For guitarists craving a touch of vintage magic with modern innovation, the Fulltone OCD - Germanium Overdrive Pedal smoothly bridges the gap. This limited-edition powerhouse integrates vintage-style germanium diodes and hard-clipping MOSFETs, capturing the essence of a cranked tube amp with its dynamic range and rich harmonic overtones. Whether you're a tone purist or an experimental shredder, the OCD-Ge offers a sound palette as diverse as your playing style.

The pedal's redesigned output buffer ensures your sound retains its integrity across your entire pedal chain, while the Class A JFET input section elevates interaction with your guitar's pickups, enhancing the dynamic range for both single-coil and humbucking configurations. With switchable hi- and lo-peak gain settings, you can easily toggle between a tighter or more expansive sound depending on your mood or musical context.

True Bypass and Fulltone's innovative Enhanced Bypass modes give you the flexibility to maintain your signal's purity or enjoy the subtle coloration that enhances playing nuances. And with controls for Volume, Gain, and Tone, alongside a mini toggle switch for peak settings, this pedal is as versatile as it is robust.

A New OCD!!!

I had a OCD v2.0 last year and I eventually got tired of it then sold it. The ordinary version is a good pedal, however, it doesn't meet my expectations that I need a aggressive distortion pedal. But I just cannot forget about it untill I bought this OCD Ge, it just fixs all all the things that I don't like about the OCDs!!! Here's more gain, more treble, More presence and i totally like how it reacts when stacking with my Keeley BD2 Phat Mod!!!!!
