Description
The Pitch Druid by Gehirn Enterprises
This Delay tap tempo got an Electric Druid Stomp LFO chip.
Tap tempo Mod Speed being able to sync a LFO that modulates delay time to your tempo is a wonderful and insanely cool thing.
If you use a ramped waveform you can get the repeats to shift up or down in pitch, kinda like a glitchy rainbow machine.
You can use a very short delay time and get a chorus or vibrato effect.
Turn the blend all the way up to get vibrato, and point it to 12:00 to get a chorus.
Sine, Triangle, Square waveforms will all sound great, but turning wave to random slopes will sound even better.
You can get some Shallow Water style sounds, with random pitch detune glitches apparate straight into your signal from the void.
It has a self oscillation.
The P1tch B1tch was excellent as a noise maker, and the druid is so much more powerful.
That Electric Druid LFO with it's 8x waveforms, wider range turns it into an absolute monster.
With Random Levels S&H style sounds can be created, or random delay times.
It has a EuroRack compatible clock sync and you can sync other external gear to the LFO.
Can be used as a tap tempo controlled LFO/Random/S&H for your synth.
Controls: Tap tempo (stomp), Bypass (stomp), Modulation Depth, Mod speed, Waveform, Delay time, Feedback, Wet/Dry Blend.
Chorus sounds, Vibrato sounds, Analog delay sounds, Tape delay sounds, Modulated delay sounds, Self Oscillation, Noise, S&H, Ring mod esq sounds, Wacky pitch shifting, subtle pitch shifting, randomized delay times, tap tempo control, randomized modulation, CLK sync, LFO out, and more.
