The Killer v2 boutique Overdrive Made in Brasil by JoyFX

The JoyFX The Killer V2 is a boutique, hand-built overdrive pedal designed to deliver a wide spectrum of gain textures in a single unit. Based on the classic Expandora-style circuit, it can move smoothly from light overdrive and crunchy breakup to saturated distortion and fuzz tones. Its character is known for being aggressive yet articulate, allowing it to cut through a mix while maintaining note clarity. The pedal is built by hand in Brazil, giving it a distinctive boutique feel and robust construction. A key feature of the V2 version is the inclusion of a remote footswitch function directly on the unit, enhancing live usability. Overall, it’s aimed at players who want a dynamic, expressive drive pedal with a strong personality.
