On The Sonic Youth Gear Guide website it states that in 1995 Thurston began using a Mu-Tron Wah/Vol and that he used it up until the bands split.
What type of wah-wah do you use? "I have a Mu-tron and the Oberheim VCF (voltage control filter). I've got an example of that on this new album (Zoot Allures).
