Elvis Costello performing with his Music Man 210 Sixty-five amp at 1985 Live Aid Concert.
There is also an earlier exmple of him using one on David Letterman. Check minute 2:56 for wide pan shot and subsequent shots as he plays a his wine color Epiphone Sheraton through it.
While I can recognize a music man, I'm not entirely certain about the model. Unfortunately I'm not exactly a Music Man expert. The amp can be seen at 8:30.
Linde stated that he might have used the amp for "some tracks on the album" and didn't know why it was at their rehearsal place in first place.
