Description

The ODR-1 Green “Natural Overdrive” is a real neo-classic. From the eternal insider tip to the people’s overdrive with an unbeatable price-performance ratio. In the 90s it quickly became an insider tip in the Nashville studio scene due to its wide range of sounds and the very natural, warm sound and can be heard on numerous recordings. Overdrive, distortion – whether distorted, dirty blues or full blast – the ODR-1 has it all. Rich distortion is possible even with single coils. The very effective spectrum controller significantly changes the treble and bass. After 12 o’clock the bass and treble are raised. Counter-clockwise, bass and treble are reduced. The mid-frequencies hardly change at all. This makes it possible to make single coils sound fatter, similar to a humbucker.
