Three in one

Germanium diode clipping (MXR Dist+), silicon diode clipping (DOD 250) or no clipping (MXR MicroAmp). DOD mode is predictably much louder and cleaner, MXR mode much crunchier, even slightly fuzzy at the end of the gain range. I use the germanium mode with a clean amp and the silicon mode to push an already overdriven amp. I made a small modification to the circuit by adding a 39 nF capacitor in parallel to the stock 47 nF high-pass capacitor, decreasing the bass cut with drive on full from 720 Hz to 394 Hz.

Very homemade appearance, made on turret board and the label is printed and glued on. Components are of good quality. My only concern is the mode switch, its placement on the side of the box might not be the safest.
