Squier Sonic Telecaster review | Guitar World

guitarworld.com

Squier’s Sonic Telecaster offers a remarkably authentic Tele experience at an unbeatable price, making it perfect for beginners. With its lightweight build, comfortable playability, and responsive tone control, this guitar shines in functionality. However, the bridge pickup's bright tone may not suit everyone's taste. Overall, it delivers great value without compromising on the classic Fender flair, making it a top choice for new players.

Absolute sleeper of a guitar - get one!

So as it happens, I never really liked Telecasters. But...at one point a guitar player realizes that the Telecaster is one of the best sorts of guitars one can have. And this was that time for me.

Yes, it's the barebones entry level Squier Tele. BUT. The quality is surprisingly good! Frets don't hamburger my fingers, the fit and finish is great, and it sounds great!

This is going to be an excellent modding platform down the line. New neck, alnico pickups - it's going to be an excellent guitar - but right now it's very good!

Not perfect, but sounds great

Great budget guitar by Squier, giving the player a great Telecaster experience.
