Great Monitoring, Mediocre Gain
I love being able to directly monitor my audio when using the UR12 to test microphones, although I did need to buy an adaptor for the 3.5mm studio jack. Unfortunately, the D-PRE Yamaha preamp that's built into this interface doesn't provide great gain, so you might want to spring for something a little more pricey if you want to use a sensitive mic.
