The overdrive I've been searching for

I just finished this kit from GuitarPCB, not expecting much. But wow! This sounds just fantastic. I don't know how close it is to the 1959 Fender Tweed Bandmaster it's emulating, but it surely sounds tweedy enough. Not a high gain affair, it goes from completely clean to medium overdrive, with quite a bit of that imploding tweed amp on 12 sound. The 2 band passive EQ works well enough, for taming the treble or reducing the bass. A lot of level boost available, this easily doubles as a clean boost.
