This goes on your computer and it compares favourably with Super Mario Brothers as something to do.

Best DAW
I’ve used them all, I was kinda forced into using logic and at first was frustrating because I wasn’t as familiar with it as others, but soon made the switch and never looked back. Apple does a great job with it and has for decades. The reason I say that I was forced into it was that I got caught in the middle of an update with a project in the early 2000’s. Of course everybody used Final Cut Pro for movie editing and there was an update to the file types, so the files that protools exported were not compatible once the Final Cut Pro editors updated. So I had to wait for Digidesign to update protools for compatibility… so yo complete the film score on time I had to buy Logic Pro which already had the update obviously because it was also an Apple product like Final Cut Pro… so of course I was frustrated but slowly realized how great Logic is and I never had a comparability issue since.

The best DAW for EDM
The only reason I don't give this five stars is the fact I cannot run this on a PC.

My main DAW
I love that stuff.... Make me feels like Phil Spector!!!! The Amps plugins works well... I use it like a giga tape recorder... Drummers are cool, good and obedient the rest is me,my imagination and my weaknesses

One of the best DAWs
I may be biased, but I love this DAW, I have been using the Mac and iPad version for over two years now and it was easy to learn, yet complex enough to have a learning curve (which is a good thing). The interface is way better than FL Studio (in my opinion) and the stock plug-ins are mwah, chefs kiss. The only problem is the propriety to the MacOS system. Come on Apple, give me a Windows version!
Preferred Settings + Usage:
You guys should try out the Parallel Earth Piano, beautiful ambiance focused piano.

A Great DAW for Music Producers on the Go
As a music producer always on the move, I’ve found Logic Pro for iPad to be a game-changer. The interface is sleek, intuitive, and surprisingly powerful for a tablet app. It offers many of the same features as the desktop version, including advanced MIDI capabilities, robust audio editing, and a wide range of professional-quality instruments. I love how easy it is to sketch out ideas, use samples, or even finish full projects without being tethered to a desk. The seamless integration with iCloud also makes transferring my tracks between devices a breeze. It’s a perfect DAW for anyone who needs to create high-quality music while on the go.

Real honest here...
I pirated Logic. I can't really afford 200 dollars just for software alone. But you know what? Logic would really be worth it.
I've been an on-off user of GarageBand and that's just a boiled down version of Logic. Logic is incredibly capable as an audio software. I feel like where some software (like Ardour) lack in being able to do both really convenient recording and MIDI editing, Logic fucking succeeds by a metric fuck ton.
tldr; it's really good. its well worth 200 dollars even if I can't afford it at the moment
Preferred Settings + Usage:
I use it on my Hackintosh (ThinkPad T430) and it runs flawlessly. Highly recommended

Incredible DAW!!!
I am soo happy with my Apple Logic Pro experience! I have only used the 90 day free trial and BOY! is it great! This app is soo much fun to mess around with and I have made a MULTITUDE of tracks with Logic, and they are all awesome. I actually prefer using Logic Pro to record vocals and stuff like that than to use Audacity or a recording dedicated app, because it is soo much easier and effects like reverb and pedalboards are just GREAT!
Preferred Settings + Usage:
HOLD ON! Do not buy Avid Pro Tools before Logic! Trust me, just don't.

Always in the Front
With all the FREE software updates available, this DAW is by far the BEST one out there. I tried Presonus Studio One and AVID PRO before deciding on this one. I love it, anyone who says that Pro Tools is the "industry standard" is a little behind the times. Any studio I've been uses Logic Pro ( even though they also might still have Pro Tools ) and if Eddie Van Halen used it to record and write music, that's all I need to know! If you want to see a great YouTube guy, search for "music tech help guy" he's an expert at Logic Pro and constantly makes new content to match any upgrades or versions currently available.

An excellent DAW that keeps on getting better with each update.
I've been a Logic Pro user since the early Logic Pro days. I still remember the first time I used this DAW, it was my introduction to the world of DAW, before that, I used to use an old Fostex B16 16-track tape recorder. Since then I've been a loyal user of Logic Pro. When Apple discontinued the Logic Pro and replaced it with the Logic Pro X, I was kinda apprehensive so I stayed back on the Logic Pro. Eventually, I decided to move on the Logic Pro X. From the very get-go, I realized that the Logic Pro X did have a lot more features than the Logic Pro 9, that being said at first I found it to be quite difficult to get used to the Logic Pro X. My biggest problem was that they dropped the support for 32-bit plugins. I had to replace many of my legacy plugins with new 64-bit plugins. It was a hassle but it was worth it. I have tried other DAWs like the Bitwig Studio, Tracktion Waveform Pro, Ableton Live, but in the end, I fall back to Logic Pro X. I feel a lot more comfortable to work on Logic Pro X than other DAWs.

"What I love about Logic Pro X is that you can import channel strips, including MIDI and bus routing. The way Benno and I work is, everything is hooked up to an old Apple server upstairs from my studio. That houses all of my samples and it’s fast enough that I can work from one server and have two projects open and streaming from it at the same time. Then Benno and I can each open the same project and, search for bass lines, import entire channel strips with MIDI or audio information, automation, or whatever, and efficiently combine our ideas." - Armin Van Buuren.
David Guetta uses Logic Pro as his main production software. You can see him in action with Logic in a masterclass YouTube video.
