Beats Solo 2 Wireless review: A very good on-ear wireless headphone, but no bargain - CNET

cnet.com

The Beats Solo2 Wireless offers a sleek, compact design and solid sound quality both wired and wirelessly, but it struggles to justify its $300 price tag. While it's a well-built and relatively comfortable on-ear option, it falls short in sound and comfort compared to competitors like the Bose SoundLink On-Ear Bluetooth, which is lighter and more comfortable. While the Solo2 Wireless delivers a zippy sound profile that some may enjoy, it lacks the balance and clarity found in other models. Ultimately, it's a decent headphone, but better value options are available, especially within the Beats lineup itself.

Beats Solo 2 Wireless Review - RTINGS.com

rtings.com

The Beats Solo 2 Wireless headphones boast a sleek design and above-average sound quality, making them a stylish choice for casual listening. They are comfortable and stable, suitable for jogging, with a sturdy wireless design. However, they fall short in noise isolation, making them less ideal in loud environments. Sound leakage at high volumes and a lack of spacious soundstage further limit their appeal, especially for critical listeners. While their compact design is portable, they remain somewhat cumbersome for on-the-go use. Overall, they are a decent option but lack the refinement and features for more demanding users.

Beats Solo2 Wireless Review | PCMag

pcmag.com

The Beats Solo2 Wireless headphones deliver a powerful audio performance with rich bass and clear highs, making them a solid choice for pop and rock enthusiasts. They offer a comfortable design and can be used in both wired and wireless modes. However, the hefty price tag of $299.95 may deter some buyers, especially with stiff competition in the market. While the sound is sculpted and balanced, purists seeking a flat response may not be satisfied. Overall, the Solo2 Wireless offers a pleasing listening experience but feels slightly overpriced given the competition.

Dope Bass Heavy Headphones

These headphones are very bass heavy, so those people who like trap, hip-hop, and Soundcloud rap I would definitely recommend this headphone. It is also wireless so you can via bluetooth without having to go through the trouble of wires getting all tangled. Also, the battery life on this headphone is crazy! I wouldn't quite recommend for mixing since it doesn't really give you a flat hearing, it has boosted bass so if you mix with these, you would the bass is loud when really its just boosted.
