Description

Elixir Electric Nickel Plated Steel with NANOWEB Coating .011-.049 promises to supercharge your musical journey with its unique blend of superior tone and durability. These aren't your ordinary guitar strings but a game-changer designed to elevate your performance to new heights.

The magic lies in the NANOWEB coating, an ultra-thin layer that encases the entire string, going beyond the surface to protect the gaps between the windings. This innovative feature thwarts the build-up of tone-deadening debris, a common issue with other brands. This means more quality playing time and fewer string changes, saving you both time and money.

Engineered to withstand the test of time, these nickel-plated steel electric guitar strings boast an exceptional bright and vibrant presence. They pack a powerful punch in terms of dynamic range, offering a more traditionally textured, 'uncoated' feel compared to the original POLYWEB Coating.

Whether you're a seasoned player or a beginner, Elixir strings are a great choice. They not only sound fantastic but their micro-thin coating ensures they continue to do so for much longer than average strings.

  • NANOWEB Coating for superior protection and extended lifespan

The Bare Essentials

My personal favourite Guitar Strings. Warmest of Tones, huge Life ability and almost virtually impossible to break on you within the first 3 months. Have been using them for nearly a decade as well.

Best strings

Good for pop-rock, blues, metal and etc. Best strings that i ever used, Fender Blacktop Telecaster

Cheap?

Usually I break a string after 3 months, with these I break one after 7 months. So guess they are cheaper...? Even though they're not? Well, to be honest, I just like how they sound.

Worth every cent

Before trying these, I never though how a quality strings set could improve your tone. The Nanoweb coating is excellent. It helps to make the string last longer, and it helps to get rid of the dirt and sweat. I love Elixir strings.

joeboult

Necessary

I use this when I tune down to Eb standard. The only way for me to get more than 5 days out of a set of strings is using Elixirs, which give me up to 2 months at a go! Can't live without em.

Best coated strings on the market

Best tone of any string I've tried. I LOVE Elixir strings. I used Ernie Ball Skinny Top/Heavy Bottoms for years and I still think that they are great, but Elixirs soon found their way onto all of my guitars.

roy_buis

Best strings ever

I tried lots of string brands, but i always return to Elixir. These strings stay in tune, they play smoothly, and most important of all, they sound clear and are long lasting. And they retain their clear sound all the way to the end.

No question. The best strings around

They last way longer than normal string sets. They have amazing sound & stay crisp for ages. Buy these guys in bulk!

alexa1999

Reliable and very durable strings

I´m currently using these strings (the Light version .101 - 046) and they can last a very long time. The sound is also awesome!

martin_laferte

Great

I have it on my Fender Jaguar Kurt Cobain... very good strings, great sound!
