A FOH stage hand sent out a couple pictures of Chris Stapleton's live rig on May 27, 2016 in Simpsonville, SC at the Charter Spectrum Amphitheatre. The stage setup clearly matches the setup seen in various videos around the web from early-2016 shows. The Eventide H3000-D/SX UltraHarmonizer can be seen on the left side of Chris' rack setup.

Jeff used an Eventide H3500 Ultra-Harmonizer in 2002, according to Guitar Geek.

In the official leaked multitrack stems of "Lost in the Fire" by Gesaffelstein and The Weeknd, one of the audio stems is named after the Eventide H3500 Harmonizer, suggesting that it was used in the production of the track, specifically on The Weeknd's vocal stems.

One of the leaked stems is titled "H3500", directly referencing the Eventide H3500 Harmonizer.

Used live for vocals on the Carry Fire Tour, as stated by FOH engineer Mark Kennedy in this August 14, 2018 Front of House Magazine.

The SSL doesn’t currently run Waves onboard but Kennedy says he doesn’t need much in the way of plug-ins. “The right microphone in the right application will sort out a lot of problems… try tuning the kit or moving the microphone instead of a plug-in. The dynamics on the console do everything I need them to and the all-pass filter is an excellent feature. I use the Buss Compressor and a 31-band graphic on Robert as well as a plate reverb and DDL slapback echo. For my outboard gear, I’m using a TC D2 delay and an Eventide H3500 on Robert’s vocals.” Plant’s vocal mic is a rock ‘n’ roll classic: a Shure SM58.

Lady Gaga uses the Eventide H3500 Ultra-Harmonizer on her album Chromatica. According to Soundonsound's article "Inside Track: Lady Gaga 'Rain On Me'", her engineer stated, "I did use some outboard on Chromatica, like plates, the Eventide H3500 and the AMS RMX16."

Absolute classic. We bought that after Godflesh toured with Skinny Puppy in the USA. David Ogilvie, their live-sound engineer, was using one on the desk every fucking night. They would cart two of them around with all the presets on. We were so blown away, we were like, "Oh my God, we've got to buy one of them." When we did [the 1994 album] Selfless for Columbia, they gave us quite an advance and we immediately bought an Eventide, and it's been a solid part of the studio ever since. Never needs to be maintained or any bullshit.
