Cool, but not helpful.
Really fun monitors, they sound nice, but too much bass. They're not really flat so my mixes always end up sounding off when I use them.

These are fun!
I would not count the Rokit 5s to the most true sounding monitors out there. But with the pronounced bass, it comes close to the sound of many consumer products. Still you hear a lot more detail than on consumer oriented speakers. They are a lot of fun, when practicing for live performances or DJ sets.

decent but not great
I do recommend these monitors for small rooms. However I don't think they are the best references do to it absurdly annoying resonance once you turn these monitors up. If you have more money I recommend getting a pair of Yamaha NS-10s instead (if you can find a pair).

geat monitors
for an entry-level priced studio monitor, it produces reference like quality with a spacious wide soundstage. there are adjustable knobs to control the low and high frequencies, as well as the volume, at the back of the monitor, so that the sound quality can be adjusted to suit the environment as well. nice design too! the monitors can be used for both casual listening or professional audio engineering!

Amazing frequency range for a low price
The KRK Rokit 5 has an amazing clear and pristine sound. Do know that it does not come with cables to connect them to your audio interface or computer

Would recommend, love them. SLAPS. I love KRK speakers!
Good bass, love them. Slaps. Will upgrade to larger KRK eventually but perfect for my home studio for now. 10/10 would recommend. Perfect.

they sound great, not the best for mixing but they do work well if you know how to finesse. 6/10

Fantastic for the Mids!
Really nice looking monitors, that everyone recognises. They give a really clear representation of the mid frequencies. Perfect for the small room I am using them in at the moment.
Only issue is the auto switch off setting, which activates even when using the monitors quietly.

Those KRK monitors of yours must endure some serious punishment?
