Marshall Major 2/Major II Review - RTINGS.com

rtings.com

The Marshall Major II headphones offer a unique design and decent sound quality for casual listening, but they fall short in several key areas. While lightweight and comfortable for short periods, their tight fit and plasticky build may cause discomfort and durability concerns. Lacking noise isolation and advanced controls, these headphones struggle in noisy environments and lack features available in similarly priced competitors. They're best suited for those needing budget-friendly, wired headphones without the bells and whistles of modern wireless options. A mixed offering that may satisfy some, but leaves much to be desired for others.

Marshall Headphones Major II review: Affordable on-ear headphones worth listening to - CNET

cnet.com

Marshall Major II headphones deliver a winning combo of improved design and sound, making them a top pick in the affordable on-ear category. With enhanced bass and clarity, they're a step up from the original Major. The foldable design and detachable cable add convenience, though the lack of volume controls and a carrying case is a drawback. Overall, these headphones offer great value at around $100, standing out with their comfort and balanced sound profile.

Marshall Major II Bluetooth review | TechRadar

techradar.com

The Marshall Major II Bluetooth headphones deliver on style and battery life, boasting a fun, bass-heavy sound that appeals to fans of rap and electronic music. However, the plastic build and noisy Bluetooth connection detract from the overall quality, making them less attractive for audiophiles or rock music enthusiasts. While they provide decent sound isolation and include a handy coiled cable for wired use, the overpowering bass and limited soundstage may not satisfy all listeners. Ideal for those prioritizing fashion and casual listening over pristine audio fidelity.

REVIEW: Marshall Major II Bluetooth Headphones - Business Insider

businessinsider.com

The Marshall Major II Bluetooth headphones charm with their retro design and solid build, offering a surprisingly premium feel for their price point. While not the best sounding on the market, they deliver good audio quality with clear sound and solid bass, albeit with slightly tight mids and subdued treble. Comfort is a standout, with durable ear cup pads showing little wear over time. Practical features like intuitive controls and a long-lasting battery enhance their appeal, though a longer low-battery warning would be beneficial. At $85 for the black model, they present excellent value, blending style, comfort, and functionality.

Marshall Major II Headphones Review 2020 | OPUMO Magazine

opumo.com

Marshall Major II Bluetooth Headphones offer a compelling mix of style, comfort, and sound quality at a competitive price. They shine with robust Bluetooth connectivity and a user-friendly multi-function joystick, making them perfect for long listening sessions without the hassle of wires. The iconic design is both visually appealing and practical, with a compact foldable structure. While the sound is particularly suited for rock music, with strong bass and clear audio, it fares well across other genres too. The lack of active noise cancellation might deter some, but the passive isolation is decent. Overall, they deliver impressive value as well-built wireless headphones under £150, making them a great choice for those prioritizing aesthetics and functionality in a classic Marshall package.

Great for metal, guitar listening...

Bad points. - Like any other headphone it has the problem of the speakers breaking off the head band, and the gold color turns green after awhile... But that says nothing for sound quality.

Its a great headphone for metal and guitar playing/listening, if you use it strictly for that... Like in a studio, then this is your affordable mastering headphone.

I would worth these headphones at 80 euro.

Rock not dead

Sell your Beats and buy one of those if you really want to hear the proper sound of rock songs! P.S The bass gave me an orgasm once.
