Description

The Marshall MG15CDR is your ticket to capturing the iconic Marshall sound in a compact, versatile package. Perfect for both bedroom practice and small gigs, this 15-watt combo amplifier delivers a powerful punch of classic tones with modern versatility. With two channels—Clean and Overdrive—you can effortlessly shift from shimmering clean sounds to gritty, distorted tones that pack a punch.

A standout feature of the MG15CDR is its Frequency Dependent Damping (FDD) technology, which emulates the dynamic interaction between a tube amplifier and its speaker, providing a rich and responsive sound typically reserved for more expensive valve amps. The intuitive Contour control allows you to sculpt your mid-range frequencies from vintage warmth to aggressive modern scoop.

Complete with a spring reverb, this amp adds a lush, ambient dimension to your sound, enhancing your playing experience. The 8" custom-voiced speaker ensures that every note is delivered with clarity and definition. For those late-night practice sessions, the Emulated Headphone Jack offers a silent play option without sacrificing the amp's tonal integrity.

Securely plug into your favorite backing tracks with the CD input or use the Emulated Line Out for direct recording or PA systems. Whether you're jamming at home or on stage, the Marshall MG15CDR provides the flexibility and quality that musicians crave.

Marshall Solid State

Great Marshall for a beginner. Two channels, 3-band EQ, spring reverb, lines in and out. The clean is useable and the distortion can get really heavy, especially good for punk or hard rock. Gets really noisy if turned up near maximum, but can be heard over a drummer. Used it for several gigs in high school. Not great for big rooms, but suitable for practice spaces.
