Here is a perfect jazz guitar amp great for getting George Benson and Joe Pass type tones. In fact both of these players were known to use Polytone amps extensively.
This amp is solid state, but it is warm and touch responsive like a tube amp. The clean channel is perfect for jazz or that Fender-like clean tone or use the distortion setting for a warm, overdriven classic rock or blues sound. There are bright, normal, and dark setting on both channels. The distortion is controlled by the red 2 stage knob. Reverb and tremolo work fine. This amp is a combo of one 12" speaker and two 8" speakers. It is in very good condition, everything seems to work well and sound good. Please see the pictures. Contact me for any additional information. Since this is a used piece of vintage electronics it is being sold AS-IS.
