I hate these, BUT...
I hate these. The build quality is not good, the soundstage is claustrophobic, and the frequency response is all over the place, imaging is fine for the most part. Comfort is quite good and I actually like the look and design. But still, I can't think of anything worse to get for the price, but they have two redeeming features in my opinion; the first being they're a useful point of reference. What I mean by that is if your music sounds okay on these, it'll sound good pretty much anywhere. The second is the mic isn't half bad.

A great headset overall. Awesome bass, sound quality, and design.
The Razer Kraken V2 is a headset which offers a lot of great features. First of all, the ear cups are super comfortable, and come in either a circular or oval shape. Personally, I like the circular shape more. The bass on this is incredible, it really makes the bass have its shine. The sound quality is great as it's crisp and you can hear everything perfectly. The re-tractable mic on the headset is awesome for people like me who already have a quality microphone, and don't need one on the headset itself.
If I had to give it one flaw, it would be the EXTREMELY long cable,which is even not that big of a deal. Now, some people might need this, but for me it's not the useful because everything is pretty close together, and I just end up tripping on it sometimes, but I can see the use of it for other people.
All in all, this headset is a must buy from me. The bass, sound quality, and just slick design, it's amazing.
