One of the best 4-input interfaces in the budget

This has allowed me to mic up my kit, have it sound good, and not have to worry about breaking the bank! I recommend this to all musicians who are starting to record material, and need to record more than two mics at once

Solid, dependable, and literally don't know how it's as affordable as it is considering the features!

Ridiculously good stability (hardware, firmware, software) across multiple types of projects so far, some of them paid contract work for companies relying on my results, so that's saying a lot! Incredible max bit depth and sample rate considering the price tag for a small device with 4 XLR/TRS Inputs on the front of the thing is already too good to be true! But it's not, at least not so far. I know Behringer has that "it's not as good and I'm skeptical" vibe but this thing is a solid little chunk of audio interfacing that I am seriously glad I purchased.

tombarnes_dnb

Brilliant standalone interface.

Award winning MIDAS mic-pre's sound very clean, signal padding plus gain knob on every input. LED indicators display when ∅48v is enabled. Two interesting features I found are the A/B output switch to select between 2 pairs of monitors and a mono/stereo output switch, useful for mastering (which not many other interfaces include). This interface has 1 X Midi input and 1 X Midi output on the back, headphone output with independent volume knob and a kensington lock. RCA output was suprising, the main output is either left and right XLR or 2 X balanced Jack, the A/B outputs can also be unbalanced jack. If I had to criticise one thing about this unit it would have to be that the phantom power switch delivers +48v to every interface and cannot be specified.

Great value for money, clear sound, very portable and plenty of I/O.

Underrated but kind of for a good reason

This interface is better than what you would expect from the general behringer consensus. Its very sturdy and versatile but has little things that keep it from exceptional. For example, the headphone outputs are pretty noisy and the I/O is lackluster in the output realm. Also the lack of a power switch sort of blows, but it sounds really dang good!

So much for so little

Does everything you could want it to do and doesn't cost very much. Probably the best performance for the buck I ever bought. Drivers can be a hassle but I use this for everything.

My Love

This interface is my baby. The build quality is perfect and sound. It has the MIDAS pre amps which I adore. There's so much I could say about this one. GET ONE!

masali

so far so good

without knowing too much about interfaces, this works great. I have the simple 1-Channel, and all I ever need to adjust so gain. so perfect for beginners!

soundsfun

Behringer has come a long way!!

I use to be an avid non-supporter of behringer products, however they've since acquired Midas!!! So far so good. I needed it for the two sets of outs for cueing ability in ableton

lobberuno

Good routing for your home studio

I just got this audio interface, having a good result during my recordings. It has a preamp (Phantom +48 Vdc) to push your mics. Also features outputs for RCA, XLR and 1/4". Good for the moment.

lobberuno

I've been curious if I can do a real wet-dry by using an Audio Interface, by putting a mic on the dry amp and using modulations and time based effects in a post process. I'll have to check this some day!

lobberuno

Very good and capable for Wet-Dry applications.
