Unbelievable Value Guitar
I bought this guitar after a long winded battle between it, and stepping way up to an entrance level Gibson Les Paul. In the guitar store, I was playing both this guitar, and the few Gibson's I had my eyes on, and it was a no brainer that this guitar felt as quality, if not better than the Gibson's. The construction of the guitar for one is almost indistinguishable from Gibson's. It handles distortion (mind you, very very heavy distortion) very smoothly and gives that authentic Les Paul tone. It also performs super well on cleans and slightly dirty tones. I've personally used this on demos ranging in genre from Hard Rock/Metal, all the way to more Math rock-type tones, very sparkly compressed type tones. I'm by no means a pro, but for the music I can play, and make, this guitar checks almost every box I was looking to check. All in all, this guitar is an absolute steal, and my proud number 1!
